Project Payments
Most projects require an initial deposit before development begins.
Payments are scheduled according to project milestones agreed upon by both parties.
Cancellation
Projects cancelled before development starts may qualify for a partial refund.
Once development has begun, refunds will be assessed based on completed work, allocated resources, and project milestones.
Digital Deliverables
Completed software, source code, design assets, documentation, and other digital deliverables are generally non-refundable after acceptance.
Ongoing Services
Maintenance plans, hosting services, and subscription-based agreements may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
